Sib-pair Command: set table_separator

ClassGlobal
Nameset table_separator
Arguments <separator_character>

The command sets the character used to separate columns in in summary tables (plevel=0 or -1) of test results. Defaults to " " (a space). This affects the output from summary, frequencies snp, hwe, assoc, and tdt commands.

The main use of this is to mark up output so it can be cut and pasted into a document, and then converted into another format by utilities that recognize character delimited fields.

Example:

>> set tab |

NOTE: Table column separator set to "|".

>> ass AD
