1. Approx 280 families from the 1996 Asthma Study (AQ) who also reported a history of eczema. These families will form our "mixed atopy" group.
2. Approx 195 additional families we will recruit with a history of eczema, but not asthma or hayfever. These families will form our "pure eczema" group.
