This study is loosely based on the Alcohol Cohort 1 study (AL1) but with a different cohort. This study was
conducted on all ATR twins born between
1964 and 1970. This cohort is sometimes referred to as the "young"
cohort. The 4269 twin pairs identified, were sent the Alcohol Cohort 2
questionnaire (also known as the "yellow" questionnaire). The
Yellow questionnaire contained sections on:

- Your parents, brothers
and sisters
- Family and Children
- Marriage
- Education / Social

- Smoking Habits
- Personality I

- Drinking Habits
- Drinking Problems
