Genotyping in Caspi et al [2003]

Genotyped 847 Caucasians followed to age 26 (265:435:147):

• 93% of DNA samples from blood, 7% buccal
• Excluded 100 participants of Maori descent
• Performed latent class analysis testing for heterogeneity
  (presumably based on additional markers)
• Found genotype frequencies comparable with other Caucasian populations
• No evidence of Hardy-Weinberg disequilibrium
